1. Seek support

2. Practice self-care
Make sure to take care of your physical and emotional well-being by eating a healthy diet, getting regular exercise, and engaging in activities that bring you joy and relaxation.

3. Find ways to manage stress
It's no secret that infertility can be a stressful experience, often stretching over many months and even, years. It's therefore important to find healthy and helpful ways lessen your stress. 6. Take breaks from treatment
Fertility treatments are emotionally, and physically draining. You may choose, and it may be helpful for your mental health and wellbeing to take breaks from treatment from time to time. Focusing on fertility treatments constantly, takes it's toll. Taking a break may allow you time to focus on other aspects of your relationship and life, and give your body and mind, a chance to rest and recharge.
7. Be kind to yourself
Most importantly, remember that infertility is not your fault. It's okay to feel a range of emotions, so give yourself full permission to feel them. Be kind to yourself and, to each other.
