Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Shipping fees may apply. We use a variety of carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select standard or express post delivery at checkout.

My order has been placed, how long before it is shipped?

We endeavour to ship your order within 1-2 business days. Variations may occur during promotion periods and special events.

Note: If you order contains a pre-order product, your order will be dispatched once the pre-order product has arrived at Ivy Dayz.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We use a variety of shipping partners, therefore postage timeframes may vary.

If ordering a pre-order product, all items within the order will be held until the pre-order product is available for dispatch. (ie, we do not offer separate shipping).

Should your order be urgent however, please get in touch with us via hello@ivydayz.au and we will see what we can do to expedite your order.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfilment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

What are the shipping fees?

For Australian based orders, varied shipping rates apply.

FREE STANDARD AUS SHIPPING on orders over $100.00

STANDARD AUS SHIPPING - Flat Rate $10.00 on orders under $100.00

EXPRESS AUS SHIPPING - Flat rate $25.00

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. we ship to various international regions.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all international shipping fees, and for any import/custom or tax charges applied. Ivy Dayz will not be responsible for import, customs or tax duties and charges.

Returns, exchanges or damages

What are your returns and exchange policies?

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt of goods. All returned and exchanged products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Note: return and exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. *For further information please view our Refund Policy.

My order is damaged or incorrect, what happens now?

Firstly, we're sorry this has happened. If the products received are found to be damaged or incorrect, please do reach out by contacting us at hello@ivydayz.au

Let us know the issue, including images of the concern, and we will get back in touch to assist.

Orders & Purchasing

Can I purchase instore?

Ivy Dayz is an online store therefore instore shopping is not possible.

Can I collect my order in person?

Ivy Dayz is an online only store, so we don't have a storefront location for order collections.

All orders will be shipped to your address specified within 2 business days following the order being received (excluding pre-order items).

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! If the order has yet to be dispatched, we are happy to cancel your order.

Please note - that once we have dispatched the order, we are unable to activate a cancellation.

Return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Our products are designed with love in Australia. We have a variety of global manufacturing partners who are based in China, and Australia.

Can the products be cleaned?

Yes, all products can be cleaned with disinfectant.
