Directions for use
  • To cool, place gel packs in refrigerator until ready for use.
  • To use as ice therapy, place in freezer 1-2 hours prior to use.
  • Place on area to be treated for 2-5 minutes before your injection (and after, if preferred).

This is my first round of IVF, and I was nervous going in about how I would go with the injections as I hate needles, but your ice packs have made the experience 100% easier. I have barely felt even a prick and have minimal bruising or signs of undergoing IVF, all because of them. I’ve been calm and relaxed because I know that it’s not going to hurt, which is also making it so much easier. The round ice packs are my favourite, such a perfect size and so easy to use and wear. Thank you so much for the product and your lovely customer service - it has genuinely made this experience so much easier. I’ll certainly be purchasing some as gifts if any of my friends are starting IVF!
