- Apply the round gel bead compress to the injection site for a few minutes before and after your injection.

Directions for Use
- To cool, place gel packs in refrigerator until ready for use.
- To use as ice therapy, place in freezer 1-2 hours prior to use.
- Place on area to be treated for 2-5 minutes before your injection (and after, if preferred).
